We had to call the city building officials in on this one. A long established home recently started to have backyard flooding issues that developed from new homes constructed around them with their gutters and grade channeling all the wall to their backyard. We remain optimistic this issue can be resolved by our local government preventing the owner from spending thousands to handle an issue they didn’t create.
We started to move this privacy fence out 8’ to gain additional usable yard space. This was only made possible after getting a professional survey completed to mark the property corners.
